Introduction: Primary aldosteronism (PA) is the most common cause of secondary hypertension. Guidelines recommend a confirmatory test in the majority of suspected cases: oral sodium loading, saline infusion test (SIT), captopril challenge test (CCT), or fludrocortisone suppression test.
